•  Country Walk Employee and Dependent Family Medicine Practice, 13707 SW 152nd Street, Miami, FL 33177
•  Dr. Rafael Penalver Clinic (Bilingual English/Spanish),  971 NW 2nd Street, Miami, FL 33128 

Position Highlights:

        Full-time, M-F,  roles serving employees, families, and the community

        Average 18–20 patients/day

        Supportive, mission-driven environment

Requirements

Requirements:

•  MD/DO degree
•  Florida Medical License
•  Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
•  Prior FM experience preferred
•  BLS
