Description

Gaston Radiology (GRAD) is an independent 20-member private practice group seeking a team-oriented board-certified or eligible breast imager for a full-time position for a partnership-track position for a team-oriented board-certified or eligible breast imager. GRAD provides a full complement of breast imaging services including screening and diagnostic 3D mammography, screening Automated Breast Ultrasound, diagnostic ultrasound and breast MRI.  Breast interventions include stereotactic, ultrasound and MR-guided biopsies, as well as traditional wire and SaviScout localizations. 

Our practice fosters a collaborative work environment, where every team member's contribution is valued. We prioritize a democratic approach, encouraging open communication and teamwork, making it a truly rewarding place to work. Our practice is part of CaroMont's NAPCB-accredited Breast Cancer Program and participates in weekly multi-disciplinary conferences, as well as the High-Risk Breast Program.

Partners enjoy compensation that is above the national average, plus profit sharing and very comprehensive benefits package. GRAD radiologists also enjoy 10+ weeks of vacation and an additional days off each year for partners. Prior to partnership radiologists will are offered a generous salary and all of the other benefits available to partners, plus a relocation package.
