Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified breast surgeon to join our highly experienced, dynamic Breast Surgical Specialists team at the Lafayette Family Cancer Institute in Brewer, Maine.
Details:
- Highly collaborative team of two breast surgeons, four breast-certified advanced practitioners, and support staff
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Light call consisting of breast care only (no general surgery call)
- Tertiary care center nearby for surgery and radiology
- Office and O.R. equipped for physician point of care as well as ultrasound for exams and procedures
- New breast fellowship graduates and experienced surgeons are welcome to apply

Northern Light Breast Surgical Specialists, a member of Northern Light Health, was dedicated in 2013 and joined a well-established, respected service. Located in the state-of-the-art Lafayette Family Cancer Institute, it lends itself to comprehensive, patient-focused care that also houses outpatient medical oncology, radiation oncology, hematology, a breast lymphedema clinic, genetics, occupational therapy, pharmacy, and diagnostic services including a blood laboratory, basic imaging, ultrasound and PET-CT scanning.
