Physician Practice Enhancement in conjunction with Partnership Health is seeking an experienced Medical Director for an outpatient office in Brick.

Partnership Health in Brick is an outpatient Family Medicine Practice that is open only to the employees of the Brick School system, we see patients 2 and above.

Our offices offer onsite Family medicine, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, X-Ray, Behavioral Health and Acupuncture services.

Schedule 4 - 10 hour days with administrative time built in

Requirements

Must have a valid unrestrictive NJ Medical License

Board Certified in Family Medicine

3 years' experience as a Family Medicine Provider preferably in an outpatient setting.

Chief Residents may apply

Extensive background in managed care environments with familiarity in healthcare management strategies

Demonstrated expertise in EMR/EHR systems, utilization management, and clinical research methodologies

Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and hospital-based practices

Experience supervising medical teams and managing multidisciplinary staff in compliance with NCQA standards and HIPAA regulations

Knowledge of FDA regulations relevant to clinical practice and research activities

Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
