UVA Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to establish and grow a brand-new Family Medicine practice in Culpeper, Virginia. Opening in 2025, this practice offers a unique opportunity to shape its direction while providing high-quality, patient-centered care with the full support of UVA Health’s medical group and academic network.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Lead the development of a new practice in a growing community – seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience.
- Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with APCs, supported by CMA/LPN staff.
- Shared call coverage with clinic providers and after-hours call service.
- Optional precepting; no hospital rounding.
- DAX Copilot: AI-powered documentation support to streamline note-taking and enhance patient care.
