Enterprise Medical is assisting a community health center in northern Indiana with its search for a Family Medicine physician. The group provides primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.

Practice

• Work with two primary care physicians and three advanced practice providers
• The clinic is open Monday - Thursday - 8A to 7P; Friday - 8A to 5P; Saturday - 8A to 1P
• See around 22 patients per day.
• Work one late evening per week and one Saturday per month.
• The candidate can work a 4-day workweek

• Solid financial package ($260K to $275K) with excellent benefits and potential loan repayment.
