A community hospital in West Texas is seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB training to join its established team. This role is designed for flexibility, you choose how to balance clinic, OB, inpatient care, and procedures based on your interests and career goals. Optional scopes and hospitalist shifts are available for additional income. The modern clinic is directly connected to the hospital, creating an efficient, streamlined workday.

Position Highlights:
• Join a supportive team of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians, plus APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital - no off-site travel
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
• Full benefits package including: Health, dental, vision, retirement plan, malpractice, generous PTO and CME allowance, and relocation assistance
