Description
This collegial group, located just 20 minutes outside Sioux City, is seeking another BE/BC Family Medicine provider to take over a retiring physician's patient panel and to help keep up with patient demand.Position Details:
• Full-spectrum family medicine with the opportunity to provide OP care in the clinic four days per week, minimal IP rounding during call day, and OB coverage
• Call is 1:10 - avg. daily census is 8.2
• No ED coverage and no C-sections are required, low-risk deliveries only - group is delivering ~120 babies per year
• Exceptional work-life balance with a true 4-day work week 8AM-5PM
• Two dedicated clinical support staff to help optimize clinical efficiency and patient-provider interaction
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary guarantee plus quarterly wRVU bonuses ($62.40/wRVU) - $400K+ proven earnings
• $250k signing bonus paid upon signing
• 6 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
