Description

Lone Star Heart and Vascular, a physician-owned cardiovascular group in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Cardiologist to join our expanding team. This full-time employed position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collegial environment serving one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas.

Position Highlights

• Three clinics and three hospital locations within a 15-mile radius
• Collaborative team including 2 general cardiologists, 4 interventional cardiologists, 2 electrophysiologists, 2 vascular surgeons, and 5 APPs
• 1:1 APP supervision ratio
• Interpret echocardiograms, nuclear studies, Holter and event monitors, and other standard diagnostic tests
• Monday–Friday schedule with weekend call coverage

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited cardiology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine & Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
• Demonstrates commitment to quality care, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
• Spanish language skills a plus
