The Opportunity:

• Join a practice of three physicians and three APP’s
• Provide expert genetic evaluation, risk assessment, counseling and education for pts. and families referred for genetic concerns
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives, compliance audits, and data tracking for the program
• M-F 8-5
• Excellent compensation including base salary range of $150,000-$187,000, 30 days of time off, insurance benefits , 401K, and CME + allowance
