An independent Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Hospitalist to join a collaborative, well‑equipped environment focused on high‑quality patient care. You'll work in modern facilities, with advanced technology, and an experienced clinical staff. Family Medicine physicians and Internal Medicine physicians with pediatric experience are encouraged to apply. Located between Madison and Minneapolis, this opportunity offers a balanced lifestyle and excellent compensation.

Opportunity Highlights:
• Daytime 7:00 am - 7:00 pm shifts with a 7-on/7-off block schedule
• Moderate inpatient volume with an average census of 11 patients
• EICU with 24/7 access to specialists through University of Wisconsin
• Robust onsite services include Lab, X‑Ray, CT, Respiratory Therapy, EKG, plus Ultrasound, MRI, and DEXA
• No requirement for intubations, central lines, or codes

Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed ongoing salary of $350,000+, significantly above market standards, plus additional bonuses
• Attractive incentives include a negotiable sign-on bonus, $10K relocation, $10,000 CME stipend and student loan repayment
