Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, just two hours north of New York City, is seeking a full-time hospitalist to join its busy and growing program. The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus quality incentives, comprehensive benefits, as well as generous allowances for CME, Dues, and relocation. We have a balanced work schedule with the option to cover 7 on 7 off.

Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH) is a 84-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital with an excellent medical staff, and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. This position also gives the opportunity to work with the family medicine residency program based at NDH. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new, top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas. Northern Dutchess is part of Northwell Health, a twenty-eight hospital system and multi-specialty practice in the tri-state area.
Rhinebeck is part of one of the largest historic districts in the United States located along the scenic Hudson River. Rhinebeck offers New York City culture in a friendly, small-town setting. The town offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, as well as larger events at the Dutchess Country Fairgrounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will find great skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and boating nearby. We are seeking a hospitalist who desires to escape the hustle and bustle of big city living, while retaining access to top-rated restaurants, performing arts centers, museums, excellent housing and school systems, and prestigious colleges and universities. New York City is easily accessible via Amtrak.
