Description

We are seeking a board-certified Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team for an initial 3-month assignment. Enjoy a predictable schedule with no call, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to our valued senior population.

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting
• A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
• Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses

Schedule Details:

• Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility for a 4-day workweek
  • No call requirements
  • Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days

Cases & Procedures:

• Traditional primary care for older adults, including:
  • Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease
• No procedures performed
