• Choose either a 4 day or 4.5 day work week
• On-call light (telephone) rotation every 13th week between providers
• Expect to see 18-20 patients a day
• Base salary plus patient volume incentives
• Full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, 403b, Malpractice
• Receive 29 paid days off annually plus CME time and expenses
• Sign-on bonus and paid relocation package
• Visa sponsorship including paid legal fees
• Potential leadership position
• All sites eligible for loan repayment with NHSC
