We are expanding and seeking a motivated ophthalmologist with training in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Glaucoma, Cornea, or NeuroOphthalmology to join our growing practice.
Position Overview
The incoming physician will step into a busy, wellestablished practice with strong referral patterns and a loyal patient base. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your subspecialty interests while enjoying the stability and collegiality of a private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmic care.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disease, neuroophthalmic disorders, and general eye health needs.
Perform cataract surgery and other procedures aligned with your training and credentials.
Interpret diagnostic testing including OCT, visual fields, topography, fundus imaging, and other modalities.
Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure efficient, compassionate patient care.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive eye care.
Participate in call rotation shared among practice physicians.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGMEaccredited Ophthalmology residency.
Fellowship training in Glaucoma, Cornea, or NeuroOphthalmology is welcome but not required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
Eligible for an unrestricted state medical license.
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to patientcentered care.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGMEaccredited Ophthalmology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ocular conditions
- Surgical competency in cataract surgery; additional skills aligned with subspecialty training (glaucoma, cornea, or neuroophthalmology) are welcomed
- Commitment to highquality, ethical, patientcentered care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build longterm patient relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, supportive privatepractice team
- Comfortable using EMR systems and modern ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
- Willingness to participate in shared call responsibilities
