• Teach & collaborate closely with residents and medical students in a supportive, education driven environment
• Balance leadership & autonomy by serving as the primary provider while guiding a resident through patient visits
• Manage a reasonable patient panel of 14-16 patients per day, ensuring high quality, relationship based care
