Meadows Eye is growing fast, and we’re looking for a third pediatric eye care specialist (ophthalmologist or optometrist) to join our well-established team of two peds ophthalmologists and help meet overwhelming demand in Las Vegas.

What you’ll love:
- Join 2 experienced Pediatric Ophthalmologists in a busy, respected practice
- Immediate volume with strong referrals
- Salaried start, transitioning to productivity-based compensation (and practice equity) in ~1–1.5 years
