Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Enhance the experience of your final months of training and eliminate the burden of job searching

• Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
• The customized program can be completed virtually and requires just a few hours of commitment per month

Compensation & Benefits Highlights

• $1500 biweekly stipend, and hourly rate for hours logged ($50/hour)

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O.
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Program
• Residency completion date: Summer 2026
• Desire to practice out-patient care in one of the following areas post-residency: Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Diego County, or San Bernardino County

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
