Erlanger Primary Care — Sequatchie Valley serves new and established patients in the Sequatchie Valley, including the towns of Dunlap, Signal Mountain, Whitwell, and surrounding communities. Conveniently located in Dunlap, TN, the practice is equipped to care for a broad range of medical needs in one office with a commitment to personalized support for the patient and family.  

Position Responsibilities:
- Fully outpatient role.
- Office Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Fridays 8am-12pm.
- Focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance and
  disease prevention.
- Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in the performance of
   comprehensive health assessments and communicates Plan of Care with
   Patients and/or their families.
- Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing our current population with
   comorbidities.

Requirements

Education, Training, & Experience

MD or DO degree
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Trained
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Tennessee
