Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA | Schedule: Full Time, NO nights or weekend coverage Total Compensation Package: $253,643.00 – $380,464.00 consisting of Annual Salary & Eligibility for Quarterly Bonus. Also offers CME, PTO, paid holidays off & equity opportunity

We're looking for a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who’s not only skilled in evidence-based medicine but also passionate about transforming the way people experience healthcare. What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive medical care by interviewing, examining, diagnosing, and treating patients.
• Deliver patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies.
• Coordinate specialty care based on clinical assessment and patient needs.
• Lead a team of providers and clinical staff in the management of a complex senior population to achieve high quality outcomes and guideline-based care.
• Address goals of care and end of life issues with patients and their families or caregivers in a collaborative and respectful manner

         Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) that clearly captures and addresses all patient chronic and acute conditions

What You’ll Need

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s).
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (if board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months).
• Active DEA license.
• Commitment to quality care and health equity.
• Passion for mentorship and team collaboration.
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis (TB) test.
