Schedule Details/Additional Information:
PRN, rotating shifts as needed; will include night and weekend shifts.
Pay Range
$28.05 - $42.10
Major Responsibilities
- Performs and a ssists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
- Documents patient history pertaining to specific procedure on requisition submitted by physician.
- Confirms patient identification by verbal confirmation and validating proof of identity.
- Prepares and administers contrast media as required .
- Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.
- Selects and operates equipment as dictated by demands of individual procedure and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.
- Maintains appropriate records as required by departmental standards.
Education
Graduate of an institution accredited by an agency that ARRT recognizes in Radiologic Technology.
Certification / License
-M ust be registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date.
-BLS Provider certification required through American Heart Associate or American Red Cross .

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
