The Mason City Clinic (MCC) in Mason City, Iowa has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Urologist to join the Urology department. The MCC is a multi-specialty physician owned group.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join the team of 1 Urologist
- 1:4 call expectation, with opportunity for excess call +$$
- Operate with DaVinci Robot XI
- Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days
- Perform surgeries at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus
- Opportunities for outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network
- Primary Service Area- ~260,000 people
- Level III Trauma Center with helicopter service

Opportunity Details
- Salary: $535,283/year + production
- $72,000 bonus package!
- Productivity bonus- $66.39/wRVU in excess of 8,799
- 1:4 call included in base (91 days/year); additional call over 91 days is paid at a rate of $792/day
- 2-year shareholder track
- Full benefits package, including paid malpractice, CME, relocation reimbursement, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability, generous employer retirement contribution, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
