We provide holistic, neuro-affirming allied health services from our modern, well-resourced clinics in Gympie, just north of the Sunshine Coast and a short drive to Noosa. Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, a Counsellor, Dietitian, and Trauma-Informed Play Therapist.
We’re looking for a passionate Counsellor who shares our values and wants to make a real difference in the lives of children, teens, adults, and families.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing therapy to children, teens, and families for neurodevelopmental, learning, and mental health presentations (including trauma, anxiety, behavioural, and mood disorders).
Supporting neurodivergent clients across the lifespan.
Working closely with families and our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
Bringing a family-centred, neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach to every session.
What We’re Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Counselling.
Registration with ACA, PACFA or similar professional association.
Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, or adults.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based, neuro-affirming practice.
