KWB Pathology Associates is seeking a board certified or board eligible Dermatopathologist for a partnership-track position in our physician-owned multispecialty private practice. We are an 8-person physician group with 2 pathologists’ assistants, providing exceptional patient care in Tallahassee, Florida for over 75 years. Current fellows are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in anatomic and clinical pathology, and possess strong surgical pathology skills, including frozen section interpretation. The practice environment encompasses predominantly dermatopathology with a mix of outpatient surgical biopsies, lending to an interesting and dynamic caseload from local and neighboring counties over a broad catchment area across North Florida. No autopsies are required. The candidate will work alongside two additional dermatopathologists. Our group is affiliated with the Florida State University (FSU) College of Medicine, offering opportunities for academic activity if desired. Our pathologists emphasize a supportive and collegial practice environment and value a balance of work and private life/ family time. Applicants should possess or be eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Tallahassee is Florida’s capital and the largest city of Florida’s panhandle, known for its collegiate cultural, social, and sporting events, as well as yearlong outdoor activities including local parks, hiking trails, and regional natural springs.
