We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team 2 to 3 days a week! Private family practice committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly and compassionate environment. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for patients.
- Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, implant restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid State of California DDS/DMD license
- Proficiency in infection control protocols
- Experience in dental imaging and interpreting results
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring during procedures. Oral conscious sedation license a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients effectively
- Preferred experience in endodontics and oral surgery. Implant placement a plus.
Competitive compensation structure: Daily Base Salary or % of Production, whichever is greater. Flexible schedule options. Supportive and team-oriented work environment.
