An award-winning, 10-bed Community Hospital, just an hour from Lincoln, are seeking an FM physician to join their team and work a 4-day week in the primary care clinic with an option to pick up ER shifts.

There is an option for ER shifts, the option for inpatient shifts, or the option to strictly work in an outpatient setting.

The Position:
• Work alongside 3 experienced FM physicians and 5 APP's
• Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri schedule covering the outpatient primary care clinic
• Option for ER shifts covering 4-bed ER, avg. daily census of 4-6 PPD
• Compensation includes a Base Salary of $300K, wRVU production allows for income of $350-400K
• Sign-on package of $150,000, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement, CME, Relocation assistance
• Up to $60K per year in student loan repayment
