Union Medical Center is a community-based primary care clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to families in Garland, Texas and the surrounding communities. The clinic operates under Scalixto Healthcare Management, LLC, a growing healthcare organization that manages multiple outpatient practices in the Dallas–Garland area and is committed to expanding access to comprehensive primary care services.
Our mission is to serve as a trusted medical home for our patients by delivering care that is accessible, affordable, compassionate, and respectful. We proudly serve a diverse population, including many patients from historically underserved communities, and we strive to provide culturally competent care that meets the needs of the families we serve.
Union Medical Center focuses on full-spectrum family medicine, with an emphasis on preventive care, wellness, and continuity of care across all stages of life. Services include routine checkups, health screenings, vaccinations, laboratory testing, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Our clinical team is committed to building long-term relationships with patients and improving health outcomes through education, early detection, and evidence-based treatment.

Company History
Union Medical Center is part of a growing network of primary care clinics operated under Scalixto Healthcare Management, LLC, an organization formed to support and expand community-based medical practices in the Dallas–Garland area. The organization was created to provide administrative infrastructure, staffing support, and clinical standardization across multiple locations while allowing each clinic to maintain a strong connection to the community it serves.
The roots of the organization trace back to Grace Southern Medical Clinic, located in the Pleasant Grove area of East Dallas. Grace Southern Medical Clinic was established in November 2014, continuing the work of a primary care practice that had served the community at that same location for more than a decade prior. Since its founding, the clinic has focused on delivering accessible, compassionate, and culturally competent care to a diverse and historically underserved population, while steadily expanding its services and patient base.
As part of the organization’s continued growth, Union Medical Center opened in December 2024 to serve the North Garland community. Since opening, the clinic has experienced steady growth and increasing demand for primary care services, reflecting the need for high-quality, community-focused healthcare in the area. The new location was developed to extend the same patient-centered philosophy established at Grace Southern Medical Clinic while building a modern practice designed for future expansion.
Today, under the leadership of Scalixto Healthcare Management, the organization continues to grow with the goal of developing a strong network of independent primary care clinics that function as true medical homes for the patients they serve, with an emphasis on preventive care, continuity, and long-term relationships with the community.
