Bon Secours Internists of Churchland is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established and respected team in the Harbour View area of Suffolk, Virginia. We’re a busy, collegial group of 5 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner providing exceptional outpatient care to generations of patients — and we’re growing!
This position replaces a recently retired physician, offering an immediate, full patient panel and the chance to make a meaningful impact on day one.

Practice Highlights
- Advanced technology: EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting
- Comprehensive on-site support: 3 LPNs, 4 CMAs, 7 PSRs, Practice Administrator, APC Market Lead, and on-site PharmD for diabetes education and medication management
- Convenient access to nearby specialty offices, imaging, radiology, ER, and hospital services
- Collaborative, mentorship-driven environment within a supportive health system
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM/ABMS)
- Completion of a U.S.-based Internal Medicine residency
- Prior internal medicine or outpatient experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a patient panel independently
- Committed to high-quality, relationship-based, population health-focused care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years
